My Mission
I'm on a mission to provide affordable co-living homes for Veterans and aged-out foster youth—two of the most underserved groups in our communities. By 2030, my goal is to house over 1,000 individuals, and I need your help to do it.
We'll acquire, rehab, and stabilize properties to create welcoming, supportive environments where these individuals can live affordably and thrive.
What We're Looking For in Properties
To build co-living homes, we focus on properties that can be reconfigured to maximize livable space.
Here's what we target:
- • 4+ bedrooms (or potential to convert living/dining/game rooms into bedrooms)
- • 2 egresses per room (e.g., a door and a window)
- • Opportunity to add private or shared bathrooms
- • Close to public transportation
- • Within MSAs of 75,000+ people
- • No more than 30 miles from a commercial hub or airport
- • Bonus: Walkability, ample parking, and large kitchens
