Media Release Agreement

Grant of Rights

By participating in any podcast recording, interview, or related content creation with Partner With Mateo, you grant us the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any video, audio, photographic, or other recordings of your participation.

Permitted Uses

The recorded content may be used for the following purposes:

• Podcast episodes and related audio/video content
• Marketing and promotional materials across all media platforms
• Social media content and advertising
• Website content and blog posts
• Email marketing campaigns
• Educational materials and training content
• Press releases and media kit materials
• Any other promotional or commercial purposes related to Partner With Mateo's business activities

Content Ownership and Attribution

While you retain ownership of your ideas and expertise shared during the recording, Partner With Mateo owns all rights to the recorded content itself. We will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate attribution when using your content for promotional purposes, including your name, title, and company when relevant and appropriate.

Editing and Modification Rights

Partner With Mateo reserves the right to edit, modify, enhance, or otherwise alter the recorded content for length, clarity, content appropriateness, or technical quality. This includes but is not limited to audio/video editing, adding graphics, music, or other enhancements, and creating shorter clips or highlights from the full recording.

No Compensation

You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you will not receive any monetary compensation for your participation or for the use of the recorded content. The promotional value and exposure from the podcast and related marketing materials constitute the primary benefit of your participation.

Representations and Warranties

By participating, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the full right and authority to grant these permissions
• Your participation will not violate any existing agreements or obligations
• The content you share is original or you have appropriate rights to share it
• Your participation will not infringe upon any third-party rights

Release of Claims

You hereby release and discharge Partner With Mateo, Mateo Moore, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the recorded content as described in this agreement.

Content Standards

Partner With Mateo reserves the right to decline to use or to remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with our brand values and professional standards. We are committed to maintaining high-quality, professional content that serves our audience's interests.
